This instructor-led training gives part-time staff members in the service industry an opportunity to identify and discuss various ways in which they can take on a leadership role in their current positions.

New MN legislation requires school-age childcare employees to receive two hours of Child Development training every year. This instructor-led training was used with Stillwater Adventure Club to meet this requirement for over 100 employees.
