As part of the interview process, I was asked to facilitate a virtual instructor-led training (vILT) on the topic of "Time Management Tips." This course was planned to take 15-min, and delivered via Zoom for an audience of individuals who are interested in finding ways to increase their productivity throughout the day.

Taking inspiration from a recent LinkedIn post about using Articulate Rise for vILT courses, I decided to give it a try. I created a basic storyboard that evolved into the script above. I used Canva to create visuals and Storyline for the drag-and-drop exercise. This course dives into some possible reasons we may need help with time management, and includes a job aid to construct personalized solutions to each issue.

After running through this course with friends, I was able to edit my script to fit into the 15 min window. My interviewers were engaged throughout my course, and I got the job!
